Join Grand Central for a week of FREE Back to School fun from January 20 – 24!

With a different activity each day, you’ll have plenty to keep the kids occupied as you prepare for the new school year. Activities will be held at Centre Court, Level 1.

Monday January 20, 10am-12pm

Book Decorating with Kaisercraft

Bring along your child’s book for them to decorate in their own style, with craft items from Kaisercraft. They’ll find plenty of inspiration to personalise their book for school! No bookings are required.

Tuesday January 21, 9am-2pm

Shoelace Tying workshops with The Athlete’s Foot & Ascent Footwear

These free shoelace tying lessons will not only help children learn an important life skill, it will create independence and assist in developing their fine motor skills. Suitable for children aged 5+. Sessions run hourly from 9am-2pm for approximately 30-40 minutes. To book, visit www.grandcentralshopping.com.au.

Games with Rebel Sport

Join the team from Rebel Sport to let your child test their skills in footy, soccer and basketball. There will be competitions and prizes throughout the event, and everyone who attends will receive a 20% voucher for their next visit in-store. No bookings are required.

Storytime with QBD Books

Join QBD Books for a reading of children’s books How Do Dinosaurs Go to School? and First Day before sitting down with your child to colour in their own take-home library bag. No bookings are required. Note: Library bag numbers are limited.

Friday January 24, 10am-12pm

Children’s Yoga with Goodlife

Help the kids prepare for the busy year ahead with specially designed yoga sessions for children with the team from Goodlife. The 20 minute sessions are at 10.00am, 10.30am, 11.00am, and 11.30am. No bookings are required. Maximum 20 children per session.
